Sending someone an online gift certificate is a great idea when you don't know exactly what someone would want or if you want to make it convenient for someone to shop for themselves. Below are some of our more frequently asked questions about our store's online gift certificates.

How soon will the Gift Certificate be delivered?
Your recipient will receive their Gift Certificate through e-mail within 5 minutes (or less). It will arrive as an e-mail sent directly from you.

What if I want to buy an Gift Certificate now, but I don't want the e-mail to be delivered right away?
No problem! Simply enter your own e-mail address in the "Recipient's E-mail" field. The Gift Certificate will then be e-mailed to you, and you can then forward the Gift Certificate e-mail message to your recipient whenever you would like.

Is a credit card required when my friend/family redeems their Gift Certificate?
No credit card is required if an Gift Certificate is more than the total dollar amount of the order. However, if the order total is more than the value of the Gift Certificate, a credit card or PayPal account will be required to cover the remainder of the order total.

How do I redeem my Gift Certificate?
Just shop online and add items to your shopping cart. Proceed through the check out process just like you would on any other order. During checkout, you'll see a box where you can enter your Gift Certificate code. Simply enter your Gift Certificate code and we'll take care of the rest.
