Un-used merchandise in the original packaging can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  After 30 days a 30% restocking fee will be charged.

Include a copy of your e-mail invoice, a daytime phone number and a note clearly stating the action to be taken and why the product is being returned.
